Note: This is an optional upgrade for the front wall, replacing the standard Colorbond with cedar. This is available on non-fire- prone land or on fire-prone land if the cabin is more than 5m from a dwelling.

Preparation of your site by clearing vegetation where the cabin will be placed.

Removal and disposal of existing structures on the site.

Excavation of soil or material up to 300mm deep to prepare the site for cabin installation.

► H: OPTIONAL RETAINING WALLS UP TO 600mm | Up to $4,000

Typically, retaining walls are set back approximately 500mm from the boundary, allowing 300mm between the retaining wall and

the cabin which must be 900mm minimum from the boundary.

• Sleepers & Posts: H4 Treated Pine

• 300mm gap between cabin and walls

We coordinate with your choice of electrician. Just inform them of your requirements. We have an electrician we can recommend who has prioritised and served our customers for years and is familiar with the Darley 20 and common customer requirements.

► X: NO PLUMBING OR GUTTER INSTALLATION

Please note, plumbing is not included, and we do not permit any plumbing works within the cabin footprint before or during installation. Guttering is supplied by us but is not installed. For post-installation services, including gutter installation we have a recommended plumber  who has been a trusted service provider to our customers for years, is familiar with the Darley 20, and understands common customer needs.
