Our Darley 20 cabins are installed as 'Garden Sheds' under NSW exempt development legislation that allows people to install up to 2 garden sheds per property each up to 20m2 without council approval. Garden Sheds are not to be used for habitation and are not to be occupied frequently or for extended periods.
